Glitch List
- Non-WSU Branded Login page: If you see a WordPress login page that is not branded as WSU, please select the WSU Login button.
- OKTA & Authentication Login Issues with Invalid State: WordPress and OKTA’s Authentication login will timeout after 3 minutes of the page loading which leads to an Invalid State message and being unable to log in. Try logging in again but keep the timeframe below the 3-min timeframe. However, there are some inconsistencies between when this happens and whether 3 minutes have passed since the page loaded. If this happens, submit a web support ticket as General Help with the website address (URL), Browser, and date and time when this happened.
Submit a web support ticket to Report a Bug/Issue if you find a glitch.
