You’ll need:
- Website URL (website link)
- Approvers or supervisors
- WordPress User Role
- Accessibility Role
Administrators can add and remove users.
Required for All Content Publishers
- All content publishers on WSU websites are required to take the digital accessibility assessment.
- All content, documents, and media on WSU websites must meet accessibility requirements.

Access for non-WSU people
Editing access to websites is limited to people with WSU Network IDs.
Request a WSU Friend Account for non-WSU people before requesting their editing access to a website.
Roles on the Website
People working on the website have two types of roles. The User Role is the access level, permission to edit and publish content, and access to website features and plugins. The Accessibility Role is your responsibility to ensure accessibility requirements.
