Web Communication Updates
- DubBot Project: DubBot is a website accessibility checking tool managed by Information Technology Services (ITS) and Compliance and Civil Rights (CCR). DubBot is starting to scan websites, and users will be added to it. No one has access to it yet.
- Related News article: WSU invests in new enterprise tools, resources to support digital accessibility
- Enrollment Management Chatbot: Enrollment Management is implementing a chatbot on a recruitment-focused website and web pages. Web Communication will have an implementation instructions page, but access to that information will be provided by Enrollment Management.
- Brand Website: We are making good progress on the website.
- News Website: The project has been on hiatus due to staffing. This project is moving forward again.
- Server-side Project: We will be ramping up on server updates, including migrating websites off the old server and assessing how many websites are on the deprecated Spine theme.
