Your Accessibility Role and Responsibilities
University Marketing and Communications is implementing an Accessibility Role to ensure our WordPress websites comply with university policy. This role is in conjunction with the WSU WordPress User Roles.
Website Accessibility Roles
We are introducing four types of accessibility roles to identify who is responsible for meeting the accessibility standards and requirements for all digital content on your website(s) and web pages.
Steps to Take
- Read about Accessibility Roles and Responsibilities.
- Identify and submit your Accessibility Role.
- Review the Digital Accessibility website and Core Concepts.
- Take the Digital Accessibility Assessment if you have not or your assessment has expired.
Note: This assessment must be completed yearly per university policy.
