Digital Accessibility is Everyone’s Responsibility
The required digital accessibility assessment is for all WSU employees who create or publish digital content, such as email, documents, multimedia, and websites, are responsible for ensuring it is accessible and provides an inclusive experience.
Accessibility Assessment, User Roles, and Login Procedures
Web Communication is moving to include Digital Accessibility procedures within its WordPress platform per the WSU policy (EP07) and procedures (BPPM 85.55). This will include updating the Web Support Tickets, adding accessibility roles to User Profiles, and connecting the OKTA login with the user’s digital accessibility assessment status.

Web Design System
- In Production: These will be published on Monday
- Select a Post within Blocks with Feeds: Fixed the functionality of selecting individual posts.
- Side Navigation with Horizontal Navigation: Single pages will not show up when used with horizontal navigation.
- Content Visibility & WP Document Plugin: The Content Visibility plugin was updated to add the content visibility options to the Documents page.
