Jan. 20 Open Lab Notes: Print Style, WDS updates, TablePress tutorial, Decorator block tutorial

What We Are Working on

Print Style: We’ve added a print style to the website. Webpages should print nicely now. Submit a general help web support ticket it you have a page with a wonky print.
Overlap Spotlight: We cleaned up some wonkiness with the block.
Scheduling Blocks: We’ll be adding features to our blocks (blocks we created, not WordPress blocks that we use) to allow scheduling to publish and unpublish blocks.
New Header option: We’ll be adding the option to have a website header like the one used on Admissions.
Audience Based Navigation: A new menu time for an audience based navigation you can add to your site. An example is on Admissions, “Resources For”

GA4: We are making progress on this project and anticipate finishing it at the end of the month. We will have two tag managers, one for tracking and one for marketing. Along with our tracking code there will also be a place for you to add your own GA4 tracking code.
People: We are making progress on improving the People Directory and People Profile plugin. A small group of people are testing the new People Profile plugin with the People Block.

Feeds from news.wsu.edu: News Cards and Card Group are not using the University Organization tag to filter the news feed.
Fixed: The People Block editing error and not working with other blocks is fixed.

TablePress.org: TablePress Documentation: Includes the additions to the shortcode for column width (column_widths) and first column header (first_column_th).
